That’s why we’ve decided to share our top tips and tricks, gathered from years of event entertainment experience, on how to book a band to help make your task as worry-free as possible and give you peace of mind throughout your booking process.

Here’s our best tips and tricks on how to book a band for your next event:

1.Form a Vision

When you think about your event, what things start to come to mind?

How big is your venue space?

If you have a smaller venue, we suggest a smaller 2-3 piece band (pictured above), or a DJ.

2. Know Your Budget

Knowing your budget is one of the most important aspects of selecting your entertainment. KLF Pro Entertainment works with all types of budget sizes, and will pair you with the best entertainment based on your vision and budgetary needs.

If your budget is under $2000, possible musical entertainment options include:

4. Read reviews

Checking reviews is a great way to get a feel for the band or artist before even booking them! Was the band on-time and performance ready? Did they keep the dance floor full? Was their client satisfied? You usually learn a little bit more about the band than you normally would from just speaking to a representative!
